Private Classes can not be scheduled more than one
week in advance. A new scheduling week starts after the last
Private Class on Saturday in which you will receive an email stating
that the list has been purged and registration for the current week is
open. As a reminder, any private class missed without
appropriate and timely rescheduling will have to be compensated with the
minimum tip for the select degreed Black Belt or further participation
in the Private Class program will be revoked.. If you have to
reschedule or cancel, it must be done at least 6 hours prior to the
private class. Minimum tips are per student.
Please do not discourage the young Black Belts by leaving without
handing them their tip. We had to call some parents out and that's not
